I had a terrible experience at this Holiday Inn Express. The security guard, Eugene, needs a lot of training. He is downright rude and doesn’t have any customer service skills. He talks rudely and calls you names which are unmentionable here. I spoke to the Front desk and wanted to speak to a manager about this behavior but I was told there was no manager! No wonder, all this is going on. Even the front desk clerk, Nicole, has a lot to learn. Extremely bad experience. The worst in recent memory.

Friendly staff. Breakfast always served with good service. Enjoyed our stay. Just a little concerned bout the jacuzzi chlorine, it has a strong smell but maybe it’s just me.

Excellent choice, we are a family of five (Three big Teens) and they have a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. We had a yummy hot breakfast, even though travel advisor told us by e-mail that they did not have any breakfast due to covid!

Noisy hotel guests on both sides, music, carrying on in the halls, doors slamming. Multiple complaints to desk yielded indifference. Were told at midnight that the noisy people refuse to quiet down, best the hotel could do was offer to move US! Not acceptable, noise and nonsense continues at 2:05 am. Will be demanding a refund and writing to corporate. Do NOT stay here if you expect staff to act on legitimate concerns. Absolutely disappointed.

The WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. They are so rude and entitled and do not know how to deal with customers in a nice/welcoming way. They do not listen to you and your concerns, just speak over you and dismiss you. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

beautiful place to stay. beside the HWY 401 & Markham Rd. there lots to do 1/2 to 1 hour to downtown Toronto depending on the HWY. 15 minutes to 1/2 hour to the Toronto Zoo. there r lots of trails over by the Toronto Zoo.

I” ve been here when i first arrived at my room we had a key card problem but it was resolved the beds are comfortable the pool is huge although during my swim there were a bunch of rowdy and loud kids at the pool but overall i cant complain i would come here again and i wouldn’t recommend people to come here

I went to take printout here and i got it for the cheapest price than any other stores. They’ll only allow a limited number of people to go inside at a time. So we don’t have to worry about spreading of corona virus. I noticed they sanitize their hands after handling each customers. They speak politely and friendly to the customers.

I received amazing customer service from their computer expert whom I remember as Depun. Had all info we asked for and went out of his way to gave us details about the gaming laptops. Unfortunately none of the stores had it in stock however I would be give this store 5 stars just for his service.

Well I visit this location oftentimes and I really enjoy their stuff every time. Indian(Punjabi) staff working there is really nice and they serve customers with full heart.
However today I had a very bad experience. I was served by a lady named Juliet, I have no words for the drinks she made for us.
I really don’t like the way she served us and the drinks were also not good enough.
Never want myself to get served by her again.

This is my go-to place for my breakfast. I just have two issues with this place;
1. No clear instructions for online order pickups & people waiting in line get mad when online order pickup person enters before them.
2. My Sausage breakfast sandwich is always prepared with the wrong bread. I ask for English muffin and I get biscuit.

This would indeed be the best agency in Toronto. The recruiters are very helpful and always a phone call away. They notify for any changes in the schedule beforehand, unlike other agencies who call you the same morning. The pay rate is good.
Natasha Chanchlani was my recruiter and she always supported me for any query. Although I had to leave the work suddenly without any notice, she still understood my situation and helped me with signing off.
I would highly recommend Adecco.

It has been a great 4 years at Adecco. I have learnt and developed new skills while working as an Inventory Admin.
Alin and Kathlea was very accommodating, friendly, approachable and will help as much as they can for me to be successful in any way.
They are vey prompt in replaying email, inquiries and very helpful with last minute request. They are awesome, easy to talk to and has a great personality.
I will miss working with Adecco but its time time to move forward with my career.

I was welcomed into the store as soon as I entered by a friendly staff member. I had a quick look around but I was actually in search of an Aerie store to return an item I had ordered online that didn’t fit. The staff that welcomed me into the store told me that they did accept Aerie returns and that not many people know about this. I asked where the closest Aerie store was and she asked her colleagues over the radio and was told at the Eaton Centre. I thought there were more locations and looked it up later. To name a few locations, the stores in Eaton Centre, Yorkdale, and Upper Canada Mall.

May and Justin made my experience at American Eagle AMAZING. They are so kind and literally go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I had a curbside order today and they went out of their way to make sure I could pick it up before work today. They are role models for all employees and make this my favourite location.

This Tim does NOT have the drive-through, but there are a lot of parking spots in the plaza. Overall it is a nice place to take a little rest in the neighborhood.

The store is overcrowded on a Friday at 4pm.. Not enough staff to keep the cash out line moving fast enough, NO EXIT if you didn’t buy anything so you have to walk past everyone waiting in line, and no safety protocols at the entrance to limit how many people go into the store. Some staff are helpful (but not all wear their mask properly) no problems finding items. The older managers however are not so friendly.

I normally don’t come to this location. the staff are great but the customers are ridiculous.

I was in the tire section trying to get an idea of what tires I wanted. There was a girl be hind the counter that basically ignored that I needed her help. but then there came a girl that was waiting for her friend to come out of the bathroom. She was an employee there but she was able to help me out with the tires. Thank you so much Shereen for helping me. you weren’t even getting paid for it and you took your time to help me. continue with that positivity

May 2021 update****

Still a great place to shop. I came with a pickup and no screws for it. They took it inside and figured out what I needed. Very helpful in this lockdown, I thought I would have to wait to setup my guitar. Bought my acoustic here as well a couple of years back and they were super helpful then too. Thank you.

Walked in not knowing a whole lot on where to start learning how to play drums. Spent a lot of time with Marcus who was patient enough to walk me through what I needed, answered all my questions and helped me pick out my new Roland TD-17KVS. After getting home and getting it all setup, I’ve been having a blast! Hours are just flying by!

Fantastic customer service! I was shopping for a stand with my dad for my new piano, bought one, returned it, got another sturdier (albeit more pricey) one.

Throughout that process I was assisted by two associates. Both of them were absolutely fantastic and it was a genuine pleasure shopping there.

You guys are killing it! Will definitely be shopping here for any music related purchases.

The office is well organized and represented. The staffs are courteous and helpful.
The facilities, that is the storage itself, building and outside surroundings are clean and well maintained. The washroom is clean and comfortable. The available dolly/cart are well maintained.

Excellent Service, had to buy a storage unit last week for few months and the PS team at this Scarborough location have been terrific. Worked with Zara to select the unit and complete the paper work, she was very courteous, professional and helpful in guiding me through the process as it was my first time renting a storage unit. She made it very easy for me and I had a great experience. Will definitely recommend this location to everyone!

While the staff were great, the food was just not good. My side of onion rings was perhaps 5 or 6 rings… Far too little for the upsell IMO, my plate looked more than half empty. Instead of a ketchup bottle on the table, each meal had two ketchup packets, which is lame for a restaurant with table service. I feel like there are better options for a meal out with the family at this price point.

Service does get slower on busy nights that have a big game. But this is expected and is reasonable.

Massive supermarket with a lot of options and great prices. It is absolutely huge and it has a lot of selection for you to shop from. The parking lot is really big too and bonus: they are taking appointments for COVID vaccinations. Definitely one of the better Food Basics that I’ve ever been to, for sure.

Great location and fair prices. The full time staff are not very friendly or welcoming (seem to be very unhappy with their jobs). Retiring those older workers would be a wonderful opportunity for those younger staff who’s looking to work. I’ve had great experiences with the Indian cashiers.

Unfortunately, the ONE amazing cashier retired late 2019 or early 2020. She’s approximately 5’2” black lady (I think with glasses). Always had a smile on her face to welcome her customers. Good person all around. Irreplaceable!!!

The Pharmacy is equally as bad. Don’t understand why it takes forever to fill out prescriptions. Not sure why considering it is not too busy. The pharmacists will go out of their way to ignore you at any cost (doesn’t seem to worry about getting your business). It’s been like this for years. Will be filling up elsewhere for the next time.

Take notes from Freshco on McCowan and Ellesmere. All of their staff are friendly and VERY helpful no matter when you go. Too bad Food Basic at this location don’t have the same customer service values. 😞

I highly recommend the dry mutton curry and chicken biryani. As a spice aficionado, I found the aforementioned dishes excellent in this regard with good flavour to boot.

Service was excellent as well as the employees do a great job in keeping the line moving with minimum downtime for each person to pickup their order.

I am vegetarian and personally I am not a huge fan of vegetarian options available here. They however have lots of non vegetarian options. Kids and wife love chicken biryani and chicken items. Price seems reasonable. Food is always fresh. Generally in my experience there is some line up but the service is fast. Worth checking it out

Love this nursery in Scarborough, tons of variety. They have indoor and outdoor plants. It can get busy on special occasions, but line moves because it’s a big space. Great gift ideas available. Friendly staff, some are more helpful than others. If you want something specific it’s call to ask before coming. Great location, easily accessible, with a lot of parking. Reasonable prices too.

I had a great experience with the staff at Sheridan nursery Scarborough. I found a beautiful climbing rose plant ‘Rosa Eden’ on their website and I new I had to get it for the garden. They did not have it on Easter when I called; however, a nice lady took my contact and called back promptly when it arrived and I was able to order it over the phone. This was during the time of Covid-19 where strict social distancing rule were in place. They only had drive though pick up on site at that time (may 06,2020), but they were really nice and let me walk in and do a curbside pickup. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and how caring they were during this unprecedented time. I just want to say thank you because it is nice to know you all were still working behind the scenes so we can get our plants and tend to our spring gardens.

Love this place. The staff are very knowledgeable and I really like when they don’t know something they say let me check instead of giving an off the cuff answer. Plants are really good quality, never had to return anything and their shop is great for picking up all kinds of things for the house, including puzzles, (because who didn’t need more of those this year)!

I don’t skate or swim but this would probably be a great place for both.

I like to sit at the main rink with a coffee, by myself or with friends. It’s a nice place to do thinking or to have great conversation. Oh yeah and there’s people skating. It’s like having a great screen saver. I may want to try skating again someday. I may try swimming again too.

Covid and other events in my life mess with this too. My father died recently so I’m not in a rush to do thinks.

There are other things to do and I will explore those things later. I would like to ride a bike again. It’s fall so things will have to wait.
