I enjoyed my time there…jacuzzi tub was relaxing…shower was not cleaned well and I was moved to another room. Was a nice place. As for moving the next room was clean. Don’t rent movies there however 25 dollars and you can only watch it once…TV was not smart so no Netflix, Amazon Prime…no beaming from your phone either…if your going with another person it’s OK without having something to watch…going to relax alone like I did….bring your computer and stream…

The room smelled was damp, and smelled musty. The blankets smelled musty as well. Breakfast was good and staff were polite, and helpful.

Pretty neat and clean during covid times, following all covid regulations, staff are friendly and professional, it is perfect for the stars given, a three star hotel. Right now most services are closed due to covid, the pool is open, but I would not swim in it just to be safe. This hotel is not good for having fun but good place to stay if you touring Toronto.

Very awful experience on using them passport photos services recently.

They printed 4 photos and gave me only 2 photos, they claimed that I can come back to them if I need more. When I arrived home, I found that the consulate requires 3 photos, so I went back to them. They said that if I need 2 more photos, the price is equal to taking new photos. Since the consulate requires exact same photo as I uploaded through website, I had to buy 2 more photos again.

If they have explained hidden price strategy before taking photos, I would definitely choose some other places.

I would strongly suggest someone else who wants to take ID photos avoid using them.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!! We brought our toddler to get his passport photo taken and he spent a lot of time being scared in a new environment and crying, but the staff were so patient, polite, and kind and definitely went above and beyond to make him feel as comfortable as possible. We are so grateful for their help!!!!!!

I went to this location with my family we loved the food and the service. There are many food selection to choose from. The dinner was very delicious and fresh. Also they had great selections of salads and sweets. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

This Mandarin was excellent. The staff are all so friendly. We were concerned about the cleanliness with covid .. but they surpassed our expectations. They even made black bean chicken for my husband. Everything was at its perfect temperature. Well done

The food was so good specially the Rib which I can say it was one of the best I ever had. Wasn’t dry at all and the sweetness was very good. The pizza was the medium size and it was so good too. The only negative point was the waiting time for having our drinks at the beginning which took a little more than usual.

My children like this place because they are catered to in typical generic kids menu: pasta, pizza, chicken strips or burgers, so we went there to celebrate a birthday. I was rather disappointed by the overall service, food and atmosphere. The food was way too rich (my healthy option of
a salad : chicken pecan,looked good but under all the laid out ingredients, my salad was drenched in too much dressing that made it quite hard to eat). The other pasta dishes ALL exceeded the dietary requirements for adults (one dish was the entire day’s requirement :(. We were on the patio and the music was exceedingly loud, so ordering was quite a task. Despite the patio being less than 1/4 full we got a raw deal- location wise. I was however pleased with the white sangria: it was tasted and well made! Beyond all this, we had an OK time. Bottom line: This place is good place for kids, but for adults the menu is mainly pizza or pasta, hence the name! Frankie Tomatoes you are SO missed…

Happy to dine out with my family for my birthday even though we have to sit in separate tables. The patio is pretty much covered and the threat of a rainfall didn’t matter. They set up two big screen TVs to play sports. Our reservation was 6:30 on Friday night and the server already told us they’re out of fries and onion rings! We ordered yam fries and they were okay, not as crispy. The Royal Hawaiian pizza has prosciutto instead of ham and was a nice change. My son ordered the ravioli which was good but the shrimp fettuccine looked more like spaghetti. Nachos were loaded and crispy. Double order of chicken wings in Thai chilli and honey garlic flavours were tender and tasty. Rack of ribs were also tender and fell off the bone. The French onion soup is good size and passed my dad’s taste test! The garlic bread slices were soggy though. The overall experience was great and the service was good.

Recently moved here and tried to apply for a new credit card. Rain was very supportive and helpful in explaining the procedures. It was my first banking experience with CIBC and definitely will stick with this branch.

Awesome experience dealing with Rocco at 3120 Steeles. Our communication via phone and email regarding servicing of my car was impeccable. I have dealt with Rocco before and I must say his service is commendable. The kind of honesty and integrity he exhibits is a rare quality to be found in the service industry now. My recent purchase with Don Valley North Lexus was very pleasant. The sales rep Abdul worked with my schedule, was professional, Knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my budget and interests, all my questions were answered and the sales process was fair. Bought my first real car at this dealership and had a very great experience. Winston was my sales rep and he was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on the cars and prices. He was really on your side and tried to help you out as best as possible. He actually got both my parents interested in buying a Lexus for themselves, that’s how great it was. If I could buy another car I would buy one from this dealer and through Winston. 10/10

One star for my last three years working for Purdue Pharma Canada in Pickering, Ontario. The new management team that the company put in place were bullies and psychopaths with no empathy and devoid of any conscience.
Made me wonder how these workplace bullies can sleep at night or face their children.

I am not a customer here, but my family as well as myself relies heavily on Pharmaceutical companies for our everyday wellbeing. I am very confused as to why Purdue Pharma is still running in Canada, when they knowingly peddled dangerously addictive drugs. I understand there was a lawsuit, but how on earth did the family who owns this company not go to jail?

Service was top notch! The servers were attentive to every member of my family, including our dog! It was a hot, sunny day when we went, and they made sure to block the sun as much as possible, and poured fresh, cold water into my dog’s water dish. My kids loved the pasta and the bread, and were asking if we could come back more often. It is a bit pricey, so while we will definitely come back, it won’t be very regularly.

As always a lovely atmosphere, impeccable service, great quality, presentation and generous servings. A Markham gem for so many years. Live music on Saturday night, he plays both piano and guitar. GF and I had a wonderful evening. Heated patio for the cooler evenings. Highly recommended!

This is truly a hidden gem! They have a great selection of athletic shoes and can accommodate many challenging requests. I got a custom made insole and wanted to get nice looking walking shoes that would look nice vs the ugly orthopedic shoes. John, owner of the store is very knowledgeable and has great staff working with him. Patrick was very helpful and I ended up buying 2 pairs of super comfy and good looking shoes. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it!

My first experience some time ago, was great, when I brought someone with me. They were attended to in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, when choosing a pair of walking shoes.

My second visit (alone) was the total opposite. I was looking for shoes that would fit with my orthotics. No one on the floor would assist me. I had to go out of my way to ask for assistance. I thought I was invisible. Customers who are professional athletes, fit and lean, were served promptly though.

This store seems to cater to professional athletes and office professionals who train when not in the office. Big spenders and your appearance will get you served promptly.

I walked out and found what I was looking for at Sport Chek.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter regarding the customer service in you company. I have ordered Espressos Coffee with Whipped cream. I received the coffee that was not I place in order. The coffee did not have topping, but also the sugar or milk. As matter of fact, it is not the first time they treat the customers with that kind of attitude. In order to get them attention to place the order, we have to keep saying “Please”. Based on my observation, they seem they treat different customers with different attitudes. Example as : customers are speaking English as Second Language with customer are speaking with native English. Will this situation receive different customer service.

Most customers have this unhappy experience with your staff. Providing the good customer service is one of the important plans to operate the business successful.

Have been going twice every year to change into or out of winter tires for my car. They have a very well organized appointment system. Near zero waiting time if you plan it on a weekday. They do their job efficiently and swiftly, answering any questions we may have, politely. Their prices are not too high either. Highly recommend!

All the major brands of the automotive industry are available under this establishment. The establishment certainly employed with Well knowledgeable and mature staff to assist the customers. However, pricing is not so competitive with some of the brands as compared with other competing establishments in the marketplace.
