Very good experience here. Very comfortable. Great amenities. The spa is amazing and the room was very spacious. Although putting a bit of music at night was an issue but enjoyed my stay!

Bed was so comfortable I literally could not sleep. Blankets are like scratchy? And the pillow and mattress just feel so hard and cheap it hurt my back so bad to sleep on and I am here for business so this was really a terrible stay for me. The ac was also obnoxiously loud

the bed was comfortable… but the windows leaked when it rains and room service did not clean room…. although parking was free , the hotel is not planned out well and looks very old. and the restaurant hours were hit or miss

We were travelling for a wedding reception with our 6 month old. We checked in long enough to get changed and came back around 10PM. The place stunk like cigarettes and weed… not to mention how noisy it was and uncomfortable the beds were. My baby could not sleep due to the noise and banging of doors so at 11PM we decided to make the two hour drive home rather than stay. For the price we were paying, you’d expect much nicer accommodations!

Able to accommodate us last minute! Beds were heaven…the most comfy beds Ive ever slept in. Great location. Steps away from neat little shops and coffee and a great walking trail. Every staff I encountered was very friendly. Enjoyed my visit, thank you!!

Today I called to book a room and I spoke with Ryan and man what an attitude on this guy. So I will not be staying at that hotel for sure. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I was told that he did not have one. I ask him to transfer me to another agent because I did not like his attitude and he said that he could not do that so I told him unfortunately because of your attitude I will not be staying at your hotel. Very bad customer service. I was just trying to book a room. Don’t want my business no problem..

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Service at reception was very good as we were instantly upgraded to a larger room. The hotel looks fresh and clean. We enjoyed the included hot breakfast service. Our room was large, clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the nice shower. A nice size indoor pool is also available. About a 20 minute walk away is a shopping mall and several nice restaurants. Highway access is quick and easy.

The hotel was very clean, beds were just the right firmness. The kids had a blast in the pool. They loved the breakfast. The front desk people were very friendly and so helpful. I don’t have any complaints. Great stay, if I ever need to go to Moncton I know where I will stay

Faculty of nursing would rather loose students all together then allow them to transfer from Bathurst campus to Moncton campus to allow a family to stay together and live together. Pretty ridiculous in a province with a nursing shortage.

If you want to study in a true bilingual Canadian city wait no more and apply to this university. Very friendly and stress free compared to other big city universities. However it’s a French university so be prepared for it. Great sports arenas and buildings. However​ if you want to stay in their rooms for your studies be prepared for, well smells. Good luck in your studies!!!

Our one night stay at the Residence Inn in Moncton was lovely. The staff members were super accommodating, understanding, and friendly. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The gym and pool were very nice! Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, with a great spread. Located downtown it made it easy to get around Moncton.

I would choose to stay here if you have specific needs. For example if you would need to have a kitchen or a two room suite set up. These are hard to find in many other Moncton hotels hence the three star review despite what I think are specific cons with the place. The breakfast is quick and okay.

The cons from my point of view are 1) The walls are thin an noise travels so hope your neighbour’s are quiet which is not all that likely since generally young kids stay here 2) the appliances are extremely loud. The fridge as an example was so loud it was disturbing when in the room. There would also be no hope of running the dishwasher when in the room since it’s so loud. 3) The bathroom is sub par. This is the first time I had a toilet ever spurt water outside of the bowl when flushing 4) I also found the pool area to not be very clean.

Overall if you don’t need a suite I would stay elsewhere and specifically would recommend the Delta.

We really enjoyed our stay in the king suite at the Residence Inn. The kitchenette is perfectly appointed, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower water pressure is strong. The dine in breakfast on the weekends is nice and the staff who manage it are truly lovely and helpful. The kids loved the pool. The gym is small but has enough to keep your workout going on vacation. You are a stone’s throw away from the fantastic Petitcodiac River waterfront, with a walking trail, art installations, and bike rentals. Or you can take your pick from delicious local restaurants along Main Street. A great spot to explore the area and we would definitely stay here again! Would just like to see a place to charge an EV besides a Tesla, even if it’s just some wall outlets in the parking lot that work.

We had a really good stay here. Frankly I was a little worried prior to arrival as I’d seen one of their other properties in Saint John and it looked like a possible horror movie location. This was completely the opposite.

We stayed on the Upper Floor with a River View room. It was well worth it, great views. The River Tide is a pretty interesting thing to see (google it, takes way to long to explain). You have a great view of it from the room.

The room itself was actually quite nice. They must have been recently renovated because everything felt really new. The mattress was one of the most comfortable Hotel mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The AC worked great in the room and was able to get the room easily to 18 degrees. I will mention that the AC unit is noisy (which I like, because it drowns out other potential noise), but that might be an issue for some people. The best part of the room by FAR was the SHOWER. Wow. Trust me.

The Hotel was extremely busy when we were there, but it was still very quiet. The staff are awesome, the check in experience was a breeze.

I’ll stay here anytime I’m in Moncton going forward.

Amazing hotel in downtown Moncton. Came here for a family vacation, first time this far on east coast. Very knowledgeable and polite stuff. Very modern and super clean, spacious and well thought through rooms. Staying for just under a week. Looking forward to enjoying the amenities and exploring the area.

Awesome hotel! Usually go with chains and wasn’t so sure if this was going to be a strange kitschy hotel, but it was the opposite! It’s actually run by Wyndham, but regardless, it was a great stay. Excellent location – walking distance to entertainment and bars a few blocks away, and then the CF Champlain mall in the other direction. Very clean and modern rooms, fantastic shower! Big screen tv for a hotel. The comfiest beds I’ve experienced in quite a while! Breakfast was a sandwich which I wasn’t expecting much from, but it was on a pretzel bun and very fresh. Lovely staff as well. Will be back soon for sure.

Room spacious, clean, enough light, good drapes, comfortable bed and beautiful beding, free coffee machine outside, coffee inside the room included, excellent service, iron included, etc. I can believe this is a two star hotel. It seems a three stars, and for this affordable price! Do not hesitate to come here.

This is my go to when I’m in Moncton. The pool is great, very close to the mall, restaurants, walking trails, etc.

Randy definitely knows what he’s doing. He’s been working there for a very long time. He knows how to put a smile on your face when you have had a bad day.

Highly recommend this place !! The pricing is fair and the employees treat you all with respect. Keep up the friendly service and the laughs 🥰

Location, location, location! Close to everything! You can spend 1 full day only shopping!

Room was very neat and clean. Lots of towels but lacks of a towel holder. Roo. Had fridge and microwave. The A/C is very loud so at night we had to keep the windows open; not a problem as it was cool enough! Breakfast included is not for us (same menu every day: muffin, fruit bar, and an apple jam) but the lobby coffee is so good!

Will stay there again as it is a great choice!

Wow!!! Amazing place!! The food was great. We had the beef tenderloin and the seafood risotto. Incredible. However; the best part about our dining experience was the service. Grace was our waitress. She was witty, charming and efficient. She brought real character and fun to our evening. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great dining experience in downtown Moncton!!

I recently needed a one night stay for an appointment early in the morning. The experience from the time I booked to follow up to confirm time of arrival was smooth and effortless by the staff. I enjoyed the location as well as the breakfast choice. The evening meal at the pub downstairs was delicious and a great wine selection.
There was live music the night I visited wish was a bonus and I was well rested and ready for the next day. Thank you to all that made my stay enjoyable. Until I see you folks again, Thank you /Merci TCarr

stayed here one night, got a room with a river view, it was very quiet and peaceful. reception staff is polite and helpful. the only thing with a room was an air conditioner, almost a window type, it was a bit loud. i think that a building is just quote old. rooms are clean, and location is very good, right downtown. short walk to restaurants, pubs and cafes. had a great dinner at Catch22 restaurant. enjoyed my stay overall.

Great hotel staff and good rooms. I would’ve liked a standing shower with glass doors, but the bathroom was alright.
I would recommend this if you want to be close to food. There are fantastic restaurants nearby. However! When I was in town the streets were very noisy at night with tons of cars with loud exhaust and the street reeked of STRONG AND SHARP exhaust smell.

Great family run bed and breakfast. Super friendly family that has taken over the BNB for a year or so, really go out of their way to help. Cyclist friendly! Good breakfast. The husband made dumplings for me when I got back from riding in from Sussex. Recommended. Shared bathrooms, nice sun room.

Best B&B I’ve stayed at. I was at the tail end of a trip through the maritimes and This place was a lucky find. Breakfast was French Toast and homemade apple cake. Linda the owner is so friendly, knows so much about the area and is a fantastic host. Really makes it feel like a home away from home. This is the only place to stay if you are in the area!

I first booked an appointment almost 4 months ago to set up a TFSA and still have yet to get it set up. I’ve gone in twice to sign the papers because they got lost the first time. They keep telling me they will look into why it hasn’t been opened yet, but then I don’t hear back from them. Now I have been trying to get a hold of my financial advisor to get it resolved but they won’t answer my phone calls or emails.

this is an excellent Branch excellent Service never really had them for a home Branch but I’ve dealt with them a couple of times before and they are just as fast and smooth and as operable as any other cbic Branch around they really deserve a five-star credit I can say anything bad about cbic whatever the branches because for me there my best Banking and I will never change from cbic to any other bank although I do use other banks by cbic branch is the best one going and this is a great Branch to stop for friendly excellent service

Unprofessional staff and rude staff. Location says it’s closed when it’s really opened, and bathrooms only available to paying customers. I spend thousands on Tim Hortons every year and I can’t use the bloody washroom unless I wait in a line of 10 people? Get a grip.

I went to pick up a box today for my sister. Megan (not sure how she spells it) was SO friendly and helpful. She saw me outside struggling to get the box into my car and came out to help. I definitely would not have been able to fit it in without her. A fantastic employee!! Thank you again Megan!!!
