Horrible customer service…first off you have to pull down your mask outside and face a camera and hold your ID up to the door before they will even let you in, I understand there is a pandemic going on and there is cleaning and social distancing protocols to abide by but I felt they were more concerned that I was going to steal something or scam them…I went to the Rogers store to upgrade my phone, completely aware and willing to spend $1500 or more on a phone. The employee basically said what phone do u want, with no display model to show me. I completely understand that we cant play with display model phones for the time being because of sanitary reasons but when you are spending a large amount of money on something like this they should at least be able to show you the difference between models( without you touching them) for things like size difference and other such features.

Fantastic staff and store. The covid procedures made us feel safe and secure during our upgrade. There werent any demos on display but thats okay because we did our research prior to find a phone that met our needs.

Terrible customer services.

I went to return a roger equipment and found out that employees are behaving so bad.

You feel humiliated as they don’t open the door despite region is open. On top of that, the employees behavior was totally unbearable.

We went with Tamara for our wedding decor and she was absolutely amazing! All our questions were answered quickly, and In-Style was able to come up with a ton of really fantastic options for us. They were able to fit the pieces of decor that we’d already purchased into their plan, and we got a ton of complements from our guests on how everything looked together.

Tamara was absolutely incredible. She listened to what we wanted, and even recommended not doing certain decor so as to not overload the room – I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her honesty. Our reception room was stunning. We received so many compliments from guests about our backdrop and the ceiling swag.

Tamara was very helpful with designing the look for our wedding in August. She was very detailed and organized, and was always able to answer my many questions. She gave opinions when asked, and made suggestions when needed, but was very open to our ideas and thoughts and allowed the wedding to be ours, which I was very appreciative of. I would absolutely recommend Tamara and In-Style Weddings to anyone looking for a great decor team. Thank you so much!

On Thursday September 23 rd I went threw the drive threw and Ordered a med coffee 2 milk also a med Tea bag in 2 milk 1 sugar, left when I got to the location to drink the Tea it had 2 Cream , So on my way back I stopped to see if they would exchange it for the tea with milk and sugar . There were 2 Supervisors at the locked door ,As I was walking up to the door they both took off. I knocked on the glass and the one turned and looked at me and continued on his way. Very,Very poor customer service, I understand why the door has to be locked dew to the new law that come out.But at least acknowledge the customer at the door .

This Tim’s location often doesn’t have a lot of stuff in store, either because they don’t carry it or have run out. It seems that they can’t really keep up with the demand. However, if you’re just popping in for a coffee or tea, it’s perfectly fine. It’s also typically pretty quiet inside, making it a nice spot to hang out with a friend over coffee and catch up.

There are lots of pizza chain owners and employees who would be delighted to see customers walking into their businesses. The staff here, especially the infamous older lady that other people are talking about, are rude so I won’t be going back. The owner continues to ask what’s wrong to all of the folks that are posting here and we are all essentially saying the same thing. How many times does this owner need to hear it? It’s quite simple. Hire workers who won’t give attitude to your customers. Is that too much ask for?

It is not often you find people who care as much about your needs as you do. Then you find the good people at Avis Optometric Centre. They do not make you feel like a customer. they make you feel like a guest! Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Avis Optometric Centre for years and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Avis is lovely and knowledgeable and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a great selection of glasses, high quality and lots of variety. I will continue to trust Avis Optometric for my eye care needs as long as I am in the area.

Wanted to take a moment and say a huge thank you to Pat.  She worked with Drew last night for his first video tutoring and he was all smiles and so excited about seeing her and laughing with her.  They of course worked on his reading etc but it was lovely for all of us in the house to hear Pat laughing and giggling with Drew.  Great job Pat.

I moved to courtice about a year ago and transferred my prescription over to this pharmacy. I learned quickly that It takes much longer than my previous pharmacy to refill my prescription, as they are extremely high volume it seems. This is fine. Although today when I called and asked to refill my prescription, I was asked if tomorrow was an okay time to pick it up. Usually it takes about 6-7 hours. I began to explain that I haven’t been able to for two days due to other responsibilities/circumstances, when I was cut off and asked accusingly why I would not refill it on time. I referred to this as an inappropriate question. The pharmacist then continued to interrogated me in an aggressive, inappropriate tone. I could tell she was stressed, probably from her busy work environment. I will admit that I am as well due to being a Mom of three under three, working part time, and am a student part time. I’m very overwhelmed with responsibility. Needless to say I will not be going back due to this experience. A pharmacist should not blame a person for the pharmacy’s inability to process the prescription in a short time. It is not their fault, but it isn’t my fault either. Previously, the pharmacists here were very respectful and helpful. This one crossed a professional line in my opinion. Another note: the pharmacist threatened me with “making a note of this,” my prescription is for an antidepressant/anti-anxiety. The pharmacist I spoke to expressed how it was her position as part of my “therapeutic” team to ask these questions. This is a very good example of how people in a “position of power” mask inappropriate behaviour. In reality, this “therapeutic team member” just exacerbated my issues. Not very therapeutic if you ask me.

Had my phone 1st Covid vaccine here a few days ago and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and everything was well organized. Thanks to new owner Corey and everyone at this Shopper’s for helping to make this a stress-free appointment. I highly recommend this store!!

No frills can be pretty hit or miss, fortunately this one is one of the good ones.

Clean and well maintained you can tell that the employees care about their store.

The selection is always good and well stocked, even after a long weekend very rarely are shelves empty.

Would highly recommend this store to any money conscious shopper in the area.

Best grocery store ever. I have been shopping there for over 10 years. The staff is friendly, the produce is always fresh and they always have stuff in stock and are willing to help if you can’t find anything.
You can’t go wrong shopping there and you get your money’s worth.

I find when we pick up our order in person the pizza is always noticeably better ( possibly a placebo effect? Lol) Anyhow, since we stopped getting it delivered – Pizza Pizza has became one of our favorites again.
The staff are all pretty friendly as well.

Originally found this place by following the signs off the highway. It consists of 3 huge barn like structures with a farmers market and vendors outside in the middle. There’s are tons of stuff for sale, from books to funko pop to vintage furniture etc… if you like flea markets this is a good one. The vendors are very nice and friendly.

Anytime I come to Ontario from Alberta, Wimpy’s is a have to eat at restaurant, portions are great, prices are reasonable and the food is delicious, nothing like it where I’m from. Staff have always been pleasant and accurate, and followed the new covid precautions well. I highly recommend wimpys to anyone from back home if they come out this way and if you haven’t had it and are local y’all are crazy go to Wimpy’s now!

I was so amazed and pleased with my dogs grooming experience. She is a small dog, 11 years old, never been groomed before and I guess she took it like a çhamp. She was totally transformed, I could not believe how she looked. Thanks so much to the groomer for the attention you gave Sarah. I am sure she loved every minute of it. I have an 8 year old Bernese Mountain Dog that can be moody, and on top of that over the years he’s had various health issues and has now developed mobility issues…so he’s ALWAYS been a difficult boy to groom. We’ve been coming to Bark for his whole life. He’s been a client of Shannon’s since he was younger and she has always been extremely patient and professional with us through all of his issues and life stages. I could not be more thankful to have found a place that takes such great care of my dog. They have always done an amazing job with him and he always comes home looking fabulous!

I have been to other groomers in past with previous pets but after the continued positive experiences I’ve had with Bark, I will never go anywhere else again. Highly recommend!

Ditchie and Boston Cream are excellent, were fluffy and moist, likely one of the best I have ever had. Service is friendly and management keep the store clean. Great place to have a donut and coffee overall
