Stayed at this Hampton inn while attending a function next door. its very convenient for the conference centre. just a short walk away, you can leave the car behind. The place is very nice and clean. Staff is also very helpful. there are quite a few fast food places around as well … walking distance. I especially like that the parking lot has lots of room and its very safe. The only draw back is that I had a room near the busy street and its very buy and you can hear it at night. Otherwise it was a very good stay and very good value.

Nice hotel. Bathroom and room was very clean. It smelled wonderful when we entered the room. Beds were fantastic. I like the fact that you could control the air conditioning by a wall mount. Having a refrig and microwave was a plus. I would definitely go back to this Hampton Inn. Front desk people were great. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was so so. Eggs, turkey sausage (not that great), hash browns, muffins, etc.

Stay here 8 days for business. The room 4/5. My bed was a bit lumpy, but over all the room was great. Customer service 6/5. Every staff member has been over the top nice and accommodating. This is what separates an above average hotel from a great hotel. Overall great experience!

Friendly and helpful staff, The Sales team helped me throughout the process, always attended and acknowledged my requests. The day of my daughters event everything was perfect as I imagined from food to services everything was above and beyond. I will book this venue for my another daughters wedding as well 🙂 Keep up the good work team.

I highly recommend Embassy Grand Convention Centre. I have held 2 events here (my wedding and my son’s Lohri). Both turned out exceptionally well all thanks to the great staff and managers at this banquet hall. Their staff is so attentive and the managers were easily accessible at all times. The hall itself is beautiful and they recently renovated their interiors making it even more spectacular than before. The hall is spotless and they adhere to all covid guidelines which is great! The food is to die for! They have the best chefs that make the most delicious food, I have had no complaints but many compliments on how tasty the food was at both of my events, I wish they could cook for me everyday! I have dealt with one of the managers Sim and he has been so great to deal with and was able to meet all my needs with a smile, he always went above and beyond to make sure my events were perfect. Thank you so much to the entire team at Embassy, you guys are amazing!

Gary, Sarb and Sim did a great job making sure my event was coordinated smoothly and the banquet hall is huge and renovated. Lots of parking as well and food was outstanding. Highly recommend.

To the owner of this location: please hire more people it takes forever to get breakfast in the morning. I was their everyday customer but from past 3-4 days what is ordered is not what i get. Bagel with no butter even i asked for extra butter which i paid extra for.

The employees that work at this location are not equipped at all to be working here. I had ordered 4 veggie footlongs, I had to return back to complain as they weren’t properly toasted (or I can say were not toasted at all). Despite being super polite to them, one of the lady that was at the front starting arguing with me justifying her actions. She did not for once look at the subs that I had with me (that were not toasted) despite mentioning it several times. She refused to look at them, and starting blaming it one me inside. There were 4 of them working, but only 2 of them were in the front. I don’t know who the management team is, but I sincerely request on checking up on your employees because they do not know how to show mutual respect to customers. I think its time you guys hire people that are well equipped for this job. After arguing with me for 10 minutes, she finally decides to check the subs and starts making them again, once I tell her that I’m not paying a single penny out of my pocket again for their mistake. On top of that, neither of them apologized for their mistake. I strongly recommend on not going to this location, the employees there are very rude (they act is if they are doing us a favor by making us our sub). If they think by behaving obnoxiously is going to get them more customers, their highly mistaken!! Never going to return to this location in the future.

Room was decent. A little dusty but too be expected. My only issue was I showed up 10 minutes prior to check in and was told to wait outside because my room wasn’t ready. Also the TV & lamps were all unplugged when I tried to turn them on. The biggest issue was in the morning when I wanted to take a shower, they had the water turned off? When I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk, it didn’t work. So used my cell, fine. Was told I needed to wait 15 minutes to have a shower… I’m sorry but what if I needed to be somewhere. I was trying to leave to continue my drive and was held up because I had to wait to shower. They also need to offer more than just coffee in the rooms. Not everyone drinks coffee. I would have liked to have tea and more sugar/cream packs offered then just two of each. Over all it was a place to lay my head for a night and the staff was pretty friendly.

Terrible Management. No System. No Organization. Amongst a 100 things wrong here. If you want to arbitrated a car, be prepared to pull your hairs out in frustration. To all the dealers out there, this place is Just a big money grab.

Only Positive i can out this place is the Security Team, they are really thoughtful and kind in assisting me with getting my vehicles released every time I go to Adesa.

At the day of the event, management does not respond to your calls or messages in a timely fashion. They even have swore at us when we requested things to be fulfilled that were in the contract. Many of the glasses were dirty, some had lipstick on them. We ended up inspecting all the glasses and asked for many of them to be rewashed. The floors weren’t vacuumed properly. The couch rented for the stage was dirty. The backdrop was rushed and had to be redone by us. The deluxe bar had watered down liquor. I wish I could say stick to the beers, but they ran out of beers an hour into our event.

Overall a terrible experience. I highly recommend you book elsewhere.

I just had my wedding shower at Speranza and it was absolutely perfect. It was a perfect afternoon. Rodrigo and the staff were very helpful and professional and food was delicious and perfect. The room looked amazing and everyone was completely happy. I am very excited to also have my wedding there in a couple months.
I definitely recommend Speranza for any of your events!

Wonderful place! Great Customer service. One thing I have noticed is that store is really very clean as compare to other locations in brampton. They care about each customer and provide good quality of Pizzas 🍕….

I went in yesterday to pick up a few items. The pharmacy is a disaster. I don’t know how, after so many horrible reviews, they continue on with the same dismal service. Never have what you need in stock. They always claim that have to order it and you need to come back. You would think they would try to do better. Don’t get me started on the post office. The neverending lineup is self-explanatory. Also had to check out with the cashier. Got the so-called cashier supervisor and I don’t know how, after 1.5 years into a pandemic, she still has not found a mask that fits properly! It is constantly sitting on her chin and she is dealing directly with customers! Absolutely outrageous. Worth the drive to go a few minutes extra on Hwy 7 to a much better Shoppers location.

The worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Service is garbage. It’s always the same lady and she is incredibly rude. They’re always understaffed and the one lady there is always takes her frustrations out on the customers. They tell you come back in an hour it takes a day. They tell you come back the next day jt takes a month. But they don’t give you any updates. You just keep coming back and have to figure it out. No one picks up the phone or calls you to tell you there’s a delay.

Like the others I had to cool off for a day to write this review. I went to the pharmacy dropped off my medicine, I came back after 4 or 6 hours girl is struggling to find my meds for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally she finds them as she’s checking me out I get billed a high amount I looked at her and asked what’s going on does my insurance not cover this? She responds that the insurance system is down. This confused me because I had to run to another pharmacy to find a medication shoppers didn’t want to order for me and the claim went through there. I asked her how could my insurance company be down when it worked already she responds saying no the insurance system here is down. Thanks for the clarification but what really bothered me she didn’t even care to tell me this was happening! I had to question this all myself.. I always come here but the service just seems to be getting really bad. There’s other places on the area that don’t charge you extra fee’s and works out cheaper will consider going there now.

Best food in Brampton. Never the other restaurant can beat the quality of food. It is the best option for the vegetarian people and I really like it. 😋😋 I recommend everyone to visit once here, then they will come again and again. The staff is also very friendly.

One of the better transfer stations I get sent to. It can get tight as it’s a smaller location but the staff are wonderful people!!! The scale house lady is a sweetheart and the equipment Operators are extremely helpful with a great sense of humor! Never once had any issues here in over a year

It was an amazing experience at this clinic. As a parent we went to do cleaning of teeth for our two daughters and the staff, hygienist and dentist was so cooperative and experience which felt us visiting for our own cleaning of teeth. We booked our appointment for cleaning too. My wife had tooth extractions. All procedures went exceptionally well. After service is also amazing. Thanks to all staffs and Dr.

It was our first visit … One word … Amazing service … Sikh boy at reception (sorry can’t recall his name) was very helpful and greeted us with smiling face . Hygenists did perfect job and our very professional . Dr Patel is so sweet and gives extra care to their patients . Met dental surgeon too who is perfect in his job as well .. The dentist was extremely kind and sensitive with his care. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all my worries were addressed. The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful and so well sterilized (which is something really important to me, especially during COVID). I rarely leave reviews, but after having so many bad experiences at other dental clinics, I would 1000% recommend!
