This hotel went above and beyond to accommodate many guests who were staying for a wedding. Everyone raved about the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and how comfortable the rooms were. As were were given a group rate, we were very happy with the price. I would definitely stay here again.

I have never received such horrible service as I did at this Best Buy Store. The “Manager” Darryl was absolutely awful, how Best Buy has this man representing their company is beyond me! He refused to assist and spoke to the customers rudely, he was unable to even cancel an order and had to get another associate to do it for him. He then in turn lied and said it was cancelled, however refused to provide me with proof of cancellation. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store yet alone Best Buy again. I went to Staples down the street and received THE best customer service and walked away with my new MacBook.

Worst Customer Service.
This branch is closing every now and then without proper notice to customer. Bank Management is always very keen to send frequent useless emails to customers to develop their business only but never in favour of Customer’s interest. Bank should send email to each customer atleast 15 days before closing the branch so that they can complete their work properly in time like operating Safe Deposit Box.
Hope, bank and staff will improve.

Stayed with small children while visiting family in the area; Perfect set up for families with napping little kids. Rooms are quite soundproof of one another, big bath tubs, clean, and everything needed for meal preparation. Super friendly reception and close to everything we needed, including the Toronto Metro Zoo and when we flew out, only half an hour drive to the airport. Will definitely stay again!

I did enjoy the quietness I needed some down time as I am on transition to move. My down fall was my room was cleaned once due to the changing of times ref:covid work schedule for hotel and I had to request for it to be cleaned.However I cleaned it myself daily the one time I requested it to be cleaned 4days after staying there my Hunter Boots where Stolen out of my room.I got those as a gift I’m still waiting back to hear from the hotel manager as the only way they can go missing is by the cleaner who entered my room,I will be continuously following up for my Hunter Boots on a daily someone needs to be liable as we as guess have to put a 250 security deposit down on-top of paying for the room we stay in as we should be liable for any damages…WELL….this is damage to my property it was stolen by the cleaner so I want my Hunter Boots Replaced they cost $150 dollars 💵 of hard earned money I worked for.Someone needs to get back to me as I we be visiting the hotel to follow up on how this will be handled.

This is my favourite hotel, I had my honey moon here in the suite with the tub in February 2021 during the covid-19 Pandemic it was awesome guest services was very nice. Been here a few times and been a great experience.
Always clean, informative, great breakfast choices. Lysol cleaned… will Definitely visit again ☺

My local grocery store! I forgot my debit card+ a cashier offerd to buy my groceries! She did pay for them!! I returned with her $ + a card for Timmy’s! The store is really nice after the reno.
I used to do all my grocery shopping there.
Now it all self check out except for one cashier.
The staff was helpful but I probably won’t shop there any more.
I just don’t want to be checking myself out.

The people at Store 121 (Baywood Centre) have always been top notch with me. I have use them for many different kinds of printing jobs.
My last visit was no exception. I only needed to have a few printed photos for promo purposes and they delivered without blinking.

Not only did they produce the photos but went out of their way to cut and trim them for me. Excellent work! Thank you.

I booked a room for one night through Reservation Counter, paying them directly. I asked if; there were any additional fees. I was told by Reservation Counter no. Upon checking in I was informed the Hotel, has a $500.00 deposit policy which would be refunded. I was unable to obtain a room, as I exceeded my daily withdrawal limit with my bank. I’ve requested a refund from Reservation Counter who stated: The Hotel wouldn’t refund my $200.00! Had I knew of the $500.00 deposit. I would have made alternate reservations. I would not recommend this establishment, they’re greedy and have made false statements to Reservation Counter!

Booked this hotel as it states there is an indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Check in to find that the pool is not open and no free breakfast, was told because of covid…. Are we not in Stage 3????
Also as I am walking to my room I notice a room with a clear door has a sign on it that says: Salvation Army, look in and looks like they allow less then fortunate people to come in and get food and other things yet I just paid $150 for my room and I can’t eat breakfast or have a swim.
No where on there website does it state that the pool is not open nor that they are not offering continental breakfast.
Do not recommend!!!!!!!
Would feel safer staying in my car!!!

I am here now. I had ZERO idea that this place is some kind of Social assistance living hotel ( I say this with no disrespect ). However if you’re an International traveler or simply traveling it should be known to potential customers that this is NOT a regular hotel. Just stay clear OF THIS PLACE. The room is clean, it smells clean staff is helpful, but this is home to many people. Maybe I am wrong and it’s just that there are piles of people laying about smoking pot outta bongs etc.

Stay clear , I would never recommend nor would I return. The things you do for friends.

I have ate at other locations of boston pizza many times before. First time here!! Nice place but the food was okay. Nothing great. Portions are good. Pasta (make your own) was dry so asked for extra sauce (paid extra for it) Cactus cut fries few were crispy and few soggy. Servers were polite and friendly. Wish the food was bit more appealing to eyes and taste fresh & delicious .

The service in this Boston Pizza is amazing. Every time I have came here it has been perfect service. The food does come out a little late on a busy day but that is usual. The servers deserve to be tipped more. I yet to have a bad experience with a server at this location. You can tell they are well trained and well staffed. The manager also keeps a eye out on the deck to see if any customers are sitting too long. The pasta is really lame, and I’m not going to blame this location because it’s all locations that have the lame pasta. My favourite thing is the onion rings. They are amazing. This Boston Pizza also has halal Chicken and Wings.

I asked if they had a mask cause I didn’t have one. Told me to go to the gas station to to go buy one. 11:30 at night only 2 other couple eating in entire place. I asked if I can just sit on patio and will not go through the restaurant as the outside patio door was open. Manager Said I can even walk outside without a mask to a table that is right at entrance.
I expected better for BP.

Absolutely great service yesterday in the meat section. The shelf was out of pork steaks that were on sale. The butcher asked what I was looking for. He went in the back and cut and packaged up as many as I wanted. He even cut them thicker than normal since they are going into the smoker. He gave me hints on how best to smoke them too.

Talk about delightful service that used to be a normal way of doing business when I was growing up. The whole trip just blew me away. I will certainly be back. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

We called Rogers Customer Support beforehand to verify if we were eligible for my phone upgrade and had an in call deal that they instructed us to redeem in store.

I’m not sure if this store was having a bad day or not, but despite that, they were extremely rude to us. They denied our call from Customer Support, they refused to listen to what we had to say and they didn’t give us any option after denying our on-call consultation; it was only their plan or no plan at all.

I do not recommend this store for any kind of customer service or support.

Called ahead of time to exchange a faulty remote. Family member attempted to go in as I have a lower back injury which makes it difficult to stand and walk. They were denied entry due to only having a photo health card for ID, the clerk wanted a driver’s license or passport. This was not mentioned on the phone and my family member does not drive. I had to go in despite my injury because I have a driver’s license. There were no posted requirements regarding the ID and no information was taken from the ID so what was the purpose of this?

Being new to Canada, VPI extraordinarily help the transition as smooth as possible. Their daily training sessions were very informative about processes, rules and regulations about the workplace in Canada. Not only that, they also shared tips regarding educational opportunities, budgeting, saving and mainly job hunting. Through VPI I was able to get a job within 3 months of being in Canada and gaining valuable work experience.

Having been jobless for a while and wasn’t getting my desired job. I went online looking for an employment agency that can help me , then l stumbled on VPI Ajax. I was so happy and endeared to them through the reviews l saw. Truth be said , those beautiful reviews are real because from the very first day l walked in , l felt loved and elated. My hope was kept alive . I was guided, kept in touch with different job opportunities and there was a great follow up.
Eventually, l got my desired job. They really helped me.I am happy and grateful to the staff for their tireless efforts especially Stephanie who was my first guide before Quaran took over. Kudos guys!

It’s always VERY busy, so try to go on a weekday morning if you can to avoid crowds. They have a huge variety of products and good prices if you can handle buying in bulk. If you go for books, movies, etc., Buy when you see them because they turn over stock fast and you may never see that product again.

Their online shopping and delivery experience is excellent as well. I highly recommend it.

The staff is so crazy there, as per there policy gym closing time is 10 pm. Everyday I followed the same routine, until today when the lady said the gym timings are 9:50pm. There is no sign nothing. As if she was forcing everyone to leave early so she can leave early: I wonder why. Either everyone should be in same page. Some staff follows some other rules and some have there own rules. Never had that issue before. May be she was in rush to visit home soon and wanted to close it soon.

The sheer difficulty of getting to a gym you pay for is difficult. Let me explain. 1. You have to book a spot online. There may be only a few spots after work that fit your schedule if there are any at all available. 2. They are at 50% capacity, so less spots you can book. 3. Half of the benches and some other equipment are taped off due to covid. So even less facilities to use. Which is the entire point.

I understand you have your hands tied fit4less, but I cannot recommend the gym until the restrictions are gone.

For more than a year, I have been trying to contact Raywal about replacing a few cabinets that have become warped. I have made numerous phone calls, left voice mails, and sent emails, but no one has responded. I have contacted their designers Kelly and Sandra, but they haven’t gotten back to me.

I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer support, lack of communication, and poor quality product. Should this problem be resolved within a timely manner, I will consider adjusting my review score, but for now, I am leaving a 1-star review.

Absolutely horrendous aftermarket service! My wife and I just purchased a home that was built 3 years ago and has Raywal cabinets. We discovered one of the vanity doors in the second washroom has water / separation damage. I removed the door and went to my local Raywal retailer in Ajax, Ontario to order a new door, since this isn’t available anywhere else. To my complete shock, I was told that we are not doing any small orders and only taking “large” kitchen projects!!! I was told maybe in the new year, we can take your order. I understand that everyone is busy in this “pandemic” era, however to be told that they are not even willing to place my order or deal with me as a customer, is completely unacceptable. I called the corporate office and was told exactly the same situation and that corporate leadership made the decision to not accept small orders and only take on large projects. Corporate management these days need to realize, that once things get back to somewhat of normalcy, the customers will remember the service received during theses times. I have a master ensuite, laundry room and basement renovations planned within the next 12 months, I can assure you, I will not be using Raywal Cabinets!

Receptionist was very polite and friendly. I always appreciate it when receptionists greet you with a smile. Dr. Ling was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He did not make us feel rushed and took the time to ask if we had any questions. He was also very thorough. Great experience.

Worst customer service for the pharmacy!! I have been trying to get my antibiotics since 11am this morning. They are too lazy to look into the e-prescriptions folder “because I don’t have a profile” and of course I never get sick until now so I wouldn’t have a profile with them. I tried calling every hour to check and not even one associate helped. I had my doctor call in to give the prescription verbally and when I called to check, they said to pick up in an hour!! I live 2 minutes from the plaza and if I walk in with the prescription on my hand it will take them 1 hour to fill 1 bottle of antibiotics?!! It doesn’t make sense. If you can, please just to another pharmacy.

So I finally got my meds, lo and behold they gave me generic. I used to work in a pharmacy and I don’t know why they would charge $11.99 dispensing fee and that much just to give me generic meds. A copy-paste Apology reply does not do much. Support smaller pharmacies when you can! Maybe there we can get better customer service and branded meds!

The pharmacy team seem frustrated with the present order system in place for prescription drugs! They have difficulty keeping a ready supply!
