Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the A/C kept the room cool.

Minor Cons: Despite being mentioned online, on the receipt and on signage in the hotel, the included breakfast was not available. I am guessing this was due to Covid restrictions. Also not advertised was the extra nightly charge for having a pet in your room. I scoured the website before booking and did not see any mention of it but it is mentioned on the check-in document you have to sign. I felt the hotel could have done a better job communicating these two items beforehand, instead of both being a surprise.

Another negative was the parking lot and the 8-10 construction men hanging out in the backs of the pickup trucks drinking and socializing. This did not give a family-friendly impression. Police were also present at one point in the parking lot.

I did not have a bad stay but the vibe was not favourable. I most likely would try somewhere else before I returned.

Amazing owner very knowledgeable and came all out to do the work. Been in this store since 2008 but never wrote a review. Thank-you for being there for the community. Very helpful and good pricing. I made some cards was very creative. Keep up the good work . Will always be back🙏🏼

Poor service, they only accept outgoing parcels until 1 pm (yes 1 in the afternoon). They turned away four of us in 5 minutes today. Their reason is that there is no room in their depot for parcels. Why else do they exist?

Signed up for a 7 day free trial and I really like this gym. I will most definitely sign up as a member. They got back to me very promptly about the 7 day trial and have been extremely helpful. The equipment is well maintained and there is a good variety of machines and weights.

Great place, it’s affordable and has great aquiptment. It has everything you could need at a gym and unlike other gyms with unnecessary fees for the things your never going to use, definitely will be going back.

One of the best outdoor spaces for mini golf!! There are two courses both uniquely different (but the shipwreck is a favourite) and it will absolutely take up the whole afternoon if you decide to do both! The space is so well maintained and staff are always friendly. Big parking lot and extra added things to do like batting cages.

*Kawartha Dairy ice cream is also on site as a plus for those who find it hard to get in the city :’)

We attended a birthday party here & my group (8-11 year olds) really enjoyed it. The children all had fun playing mini golf. It was a good place to gather outside and still keep our social distance. There was a steady flow of people coming and going and a long line up to play by 8 .

I simply wish the ice cream shoppe was more aware of the one-use plastic damage we in North America are making around the world, and opt to choose a more environmental option than plastic straws or spoons. There are always the biodegradable option for plastic cutlery, wooden option for spoon/pallets and paper option for straws. We need to all do our part & keep the world as green as possible for the next generation.

Spontaneously decided to check out this mini golf place and it didn’t disappoint.

The lines moved quite quickly, the staff were courteous, the grounds were well maintained and activities priced reasonably. They offer two courses: The Logging Camp (18 holes) and The Shipwreck (19 holes). I chose the latter and quite enjoyed it as it was challenging enough. If you lose a ball during the course, it can be purchased for an additional $1.00.
Parking is free and sufficient.

I would suggest maybe placing hand sanitizing stations through the course as well. As we were halfway through the course, it started raining so with the mud, water, leaves, etc. I not only picked up the ball, but also some dirt along with it. Luckily, the rain water washed it all off, I guess.

I was looking to buy a new mustang at this dealer along with my dad and I was very satisfied with the process and the way I was treated. Look for Dan Stevens, he is amazing! Being a long time user/buyer of used cars as well as a stickler to a certain import brand, this is the first time I have personally dealt with Ford as well as for a NEW vehicle…and the experience is so far awesome! Dan not only welcomed me in from when I first walked into the dealership, but was fully knowledgeable about the new truck I was enquiring about. He was very transparent about all the processes and what to expect in the new buyers process. To me, Dan feels like one of those “car guys” that everyone needs in their circle…someone that wont screw around with you and will tell it like it is. I respect that attribute a lot, and at the end of the day, its the sole reason why I was able to overcome my Honda loyalty and actually put in an order for a fresh 2022 Ford truck. Cant wait!!!!

This store is fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are also super responsive to requests for special orders as well as other assistance. When shopping on-line, their shipping time is amazingly fast, even with all of the covid impacts! I highly recommend Sheri and Matt for all of your paper crafting needs.

This location is one of the worst going. Untrained staff running around guessing what to do. I’ve seen molasses in January move faster than the drive through, and the orders are never right. Service is as slow and slow can be. They never have anything ready for sandwiches or wraps, and the staff just doesn’t care. Bring back the old staff, this location used to be great

The only tim hortons in the world that doesnt serve eggs after 6pm, and they told me this at 540 pm lol… glad I dont live near and have to deal with that Tim’s on any kind of a regular basis, quality control is non existent

Pizzaville is def my fave chain of pizza joints. They consistently load the toppings on. Their specials are reasonably priced. And now I am loving their gluten free crust-best I have had. I also appreciate that they have vegan cheese and olive oil for a sauce. The only thing I wish is that there was a way to not have the gluten free crust burn around the edges-I think its cause its super thin. No matter which location I have gone to the edge is always burnt so not just this location. Otherwise fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience. I went in looking for a quote on new all season tires, Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me decide on a set, they had them in stock and installed them the next day, in an hour! Can’t find this type of customer service in the big box stores.

I’ve been coming here for couple years now. I’ve been getting nothing but A+ service from Paul. On one of my tire change appointments, I mentioned to him all my valve stem caps were seized and he took extra time to removed all of them for me and he didn’t even charge me for the extra time spent. He really goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. My appointments are always on time and never had to wait longer than scheduled. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a customer of Pace Credit Union in Stouffville for several years. The customer service has always been super helpful and extremely kind. I’ve always been impressed with the level of sincerity of all the staff. I am never disappointed when I have to call for anything, no matter how big or small the question/issue might be. In particular Lina , Stouffville Branch has always made my home mortgage needs a low stress process. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and takes the time to really listen. The credit union has been very helpful in helping me to deal with my mothers estate. As I am executor of the estate their advice and help in setting up the needed accounts and moving things forward in a timely fashion has been appreciated. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. I have been a PACE member for over 20 years and in every interaction with them over the years I have always felt like I was dealing with people who truly cared . I have been a member at the Stouffville branch since moving 16 years ago. Lina, Debbie and all the staff are wonderful. It is warm and friendly any time you visit. They always have time for you . I would not think of banking elsewhere.

It is very hard to rate this bank. The tellers are all wonderful.
Mortgage brokers are RUDE, uncaring, and do not deliver to get your mortgage on time. (make sure you have the money or a private lender on hand and ready to help you out ASAP.)

If you require a mortgage DO go to other institutes if you don’t want to lose your property deposit or get sued for breach of contract. Never expected a large institution as this to conduct business this way.

I called 7 locations before I called this store to buy my son a plastic pool. Then I called here and spoke with Mackenzie. Mackenzie not only ordered it in from her warehouse for me because she didn’t have it in store, when it came in she personally dropped it off at my husbands work (in Town) because he wasn’t going to make it on time to grab it and Mackenzie wanted to make sure my son had it for the weekend. Honestly, hands down best customer service I have ever received in my life – no joke. I can’t even believe how above and beyond she went for me. Thank you so much Mackenzie, you just secured a permanent customer. To her bosses, give this gal a raise – you don’t see service like this anymore.

I go there mainly for mac coffee. It’s good compared to other places. About other times such as breakfast, burgers, the contents must be packaged nicely as it’s consumables. It’s like an assembly line. Put some heart into what you serve.

It’s a McDonald’s. Nothing too remarkable one way or the other. Decently fast, and staff was kind enough to give me free fries for singe reason, but McD’s in general really needs to up its vegan / vegetarian game. Best option I could come up with was a fillet o fish.

Staff were polite and they were great with my daughter at the time of the appointment. BUT they can’t seem to understand how to charge services through a benefit plan…so expect to pay for your service out of pocket regardless. Not only that, they only let me know this when it was time for me to rebook the next appointment. Not at all impressed .

I’m usually not one for franchise pizza restaurants but I must say that the pizza here was incredibly well cooked and delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean which is a positive during this pandemic. The staff was very friendly and timely in preparing my order.
