First of all, the building seems to need renovation. When we check-in, the lady can’t tell you when breakfast is available, she can’t tell you if there is a trail around that area. Regarding the breakfast, there is no choice and we feel sort of take it or leave it. As I don’t eat yogurt, my breakfast is only a piece of apple and a small bottle of water! in case you need more, sorry, your only choice is go out and grab something for your own.

Journey’s Cuisine is a fantastic restaurant that offers impeccable service and food. A great place that offers a variety of international foods for breakfast and dinner. Located in the Beat Western hotel in Milton. A place I will frequent for great food and great service. Food presentation that can’t be beaten!

This is an excellent little hotel and wonderful for pet owners lots of green space around. Simple clean rooms with comfortable beds, hot showers with good water pressure and wonderful staff. We had to move rooms because another “pet owner” was terrible with their dog running loose in the hallway, barking excessively and causing ours additional stress. But Shannon at the front desk was able to move us to a new room away from the issue and was so accommodating. Close to several restaurants and easy access and super decent price. Thank you for a wonderful stay for dog sports owners !

Five star because of Brian B in the door section. What a sincere and great customer service. He understood the issue and guided me in getting the right tools and matierials, needed for the fix. Absolutely great service and helping personality. People like him, make us go to the same store again, because of the reassuring feeling and great sincere service. All my appreciations and thanks !!

Amazing service!!!! I was helped over the phone and in person by the lovely Sarah! I called to let her know I wanted to close my registry. And she prepped everything before hand, so when I drove 40 mins to get there she was ready she had all the info included. Talk about going over and above! Her colleague came to help named Heather and she was as lovely! They both helped finalize everything and we left feeling like the only people in the store even tho customers were in and out. That’s amazing customer service and we will be back! Thank you Sarah! You helped us be baby ready prepped!

Pretty disappointing in my experience with this store.
I had a poor experience using their virtual appointment and unfortunately my in store experience wasn’t much better. As a first time mom I was very excited to be able to shop in person but the staff was unpleasant and not overly helpful. It took a while to be acknowledged and the staff did not express a willingness to help. They never asked if I needed help and even the interactions at the counter while processing my payment and returns were cold. Would rather purchase items online since the customer service experience was so poor.

I called in to compare two different brand convertible seats and was assisted by Carrie (hope I am spelling it right). She was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. She was not in a rush to get me off the phone and instead took her time to break each product down and assured me that the choice I am was making was the right one for me. Pathetic customer service bought expired cookies in September (cookies expiry date was mar and may 2021) the girl on CS with little or no knowledge told me the purchase receipt is dated April 09, 2021 (04/09/21) claiming it’s month date year format. I had to buy some groceries and today receipt came out as 08/09/21 so I told her either we are in august or the date format is not what she claimed to be.
No sorry or remorse she just said “ok”. Not only they have expired items on shelves the staff is not polite either

The WORST service ever! The delivery guy from UPS in Milton Ontario left the package with ORIGINAL LEGAL DOCUMENTS outside my home without ringing the doorbell. They simply left the package outside when it was RAINING!

I have a porch and doorbell in perfectly working conditions and he/she could NOT walk 3 steps to ring the doorbell and leave it under my porch?????? …SERIOUSLY!!!

I work from home every single day and I did NOT leave my home the entire day to get this type of service …PEOPLE, have some decency and be accountable for your actions!!!!

I work for customer service and this is beyond comprehension.

I already called them to request a FULL refund and a COMPENSATION as they do not have any idea the time others wasted in order to get me this documentation PLUS the money & time that NOW I have to waste again to get them back AGAIN!!!!!

I have been using this UPS store for many years and have always been thrilled with the service I have received as well as always being treated with the utmost respect from the staff. I went to pick up a package at this location and the gentleman at the front desk told me it wasn’t there. I explained to him that I had just gotten off the phone with the 1-800 staff who had just checked and said it had been delivered to the store. The staff headed to the back to check with another staff who told him where my parcel was. When he brought it to me I told him I didn’t appreciate him lying to me. He said I left the store for a few minutes. I suggested next time instead of lying that he would say I wasn’t here so I will check. He started to say I didn’t know I didn’t know. I will drive miles from this location to send parcels. My world needs honesty…not people who will look you in the eye and lie. If I hadn’t been told that it was there I would have left empty handed . SHAME ON YOU

Once they came with the drinks we ordered our apps and mains. Asked to bring all out together.

Service and food were great. Apps are good portions.

One of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to. Our server Jaz was phenomenal in his service, polite and fun. He made us his special drink in a fish bowl and I’ve been longing for that cocktail ever since. Kudos to him and team for a positive experience. Would love to go back.

Went to this Tims tonight around 8:00pm. Bought 7 drinks and 5 of them were not drinkable 2 tea’s were hot water, sugar and milk and the coffee was the same. The frozen lemonades were all syrup and the kids couldn’t drink them either. The staff seemed mostly new and took a long time to get the drinks. This Tims is usually a lot better.

24/7 Service – I was in search of Tim Hortons in Milton and found only one at Steels/Thompson that remains open late night, so I visited and found it working 24/7. I was there at around 11:00 pm, there was lineup of cars, service was quick and quality was perfect.

Lately I’ve seen people drive the wrong way into this locations drive thru. Maybe the signage needs to be more visible. Also I’ve been having problems with my order being correct, they have trouble understanding at the speaker.

Most poorly managed Tim’s ever. Most the time I have to leave cause my breaks over and the window sat empty while no one took orders. If you come here plan to wait then get a bad cup of coffee. Also what part of lg ice coffee no cane sugar add chocolate milk is so hard to understand please tell me

Seems like the ownership / management has changed…. really bad experience past 2-3 weeks !
Pathetic service and food !!!
We paid for stale tea, stale uncooked bagel, really dry and stale potato wedges that were hard to eat! The new employee didn’t have any training likely. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Never going back to this location again which is a shame since it used to be our favourite !!!

My mom just passed away…Covid made things a lot different. Have to say…Andrew always put my mind at ease. SUCH A BIG HELP. All the staff at the funeral home, help make it easier, and not stressful. Andrew but up with a lot from me due to having large family and a lot of questions. Andrew doesn’t now this, but I went into a panic when he wasn’t in my sight, because I relied on him so much for advise and answers and just support. Amazing service and support

My dad, Walter Isaak, worked with Andrew many times over the years as he helped families in Milton walk through the passing of their loved ones and always spoke so highly of him in a professional way. I have shopped for three years in this store in the Milton Mall, I have always found the staff friendly and definitely helpful The managers have trained their staff well, and I never found that while training their staff they have not tried to do their very best to attend to customers. While training they cannot always be right there for every customer and for those that think they should be, I do not believe you could do any better. They have to train staff and show the person they are training how to talk to a customer, even if means they have to show someone that just came in, and not someone that already is in there, that is what they are trying to get across to the newbie. I have shopped many years at different Suzy Shier’s, and I always found they try to do their very best. I definitely gave these young women five stars in the store in the Milton Mall for their care and thoughtfulness. They deserve it.

I love this store. Only thing stopping me to give 5 star is lack of mirrors throughout the store and also there are no mirrors inside the fitting rooms. It’s a hassle to open the door of fitting room everytime you try something on to look at yourself cuz the mirror is outside the door. Hopefully the authorities will take this into consideration.

I had such a bad experience at the Milton Mall Suzy Shier (July 21, 2021 at 4:40pm). To preface, I am a young woman in my mid 20’s. I walked into the store and was the only customer there, aside from whom I believe is the manager (woman, curly hair) and another employee beside her. Because the music was off I could hear everything they were saying. She was training her on fitting room protocols, how to recommend other items based on what the customer says in the fitting room etc. Not once was I acknowledge. I continued looking around for another 5-10 minutes, the whole time being within a 10 feet proximity to them- they couldn’t miss me. Another customer then came in (a woman in her 40’s). It was actually quite comedic how the vibe in the store changed the moment the older woman walked in. Very promptly the manager walks up to the lady proving her customer service “Hi how are you, what can I help you find”, and then continues on telling her all the promotions of the day. When she finished I said, “Wow good to know. I guess you didn’t want to waste your training on me. Couldn’t give me a hello? Couldn’t tell me the promotions or acknowledge me? Thanks”. All she had to say was “Sorrrry” and walked away. I hung the clothing I had on a rack and walked right out. Suzy Shier, if you think that’s ANY way to treat a younger demographic of customers that’s ridiculous. I came in ready to spend my money for a new job wardrobe. Dissapointing, as I actually enjoy their business clothes. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this is the restaurant my wife picked. We had to take two cars as there were six of us…..If I wasn’t following my wife I would’ve drove right past. The signage is a bit on the small side. We drove around back and the parking was a bit tight and I drive a small car. Once inside I forgot about all of that… we were greeted and seated promptly. The decor reminded my of my grandma’s house which was great as it brought back a lot of good memories. Our waitress came over soon after we’re seated and took our drink orders. We ordered a few appetizers and them came out much quicker than I expected. They were delicious and were devoured in minutes. I thought it couldn’t get better but it did with the main course. The food brought me right back to nonna’s house. The portions were just right and no one had a complaint. We finished with coffee’s and no dessert as we had other plans. I was surprised by the bill for the amount of food we got and the number of people….I was expecting it to be much more. Great value. We’ll be back for sure.

I put my daughter to this program for $1200. Once they get your money they don’t care anything else. The e learning site did not work for 2 weeks. Their instructors make every kind of excuse not to book driving hours. After 5 phone calls, text messages and emails I was able to book first lesson 4 weeks ahead of time!! I don’t recommend them to anyone. It is just rip off for the parents and kids.

Visited here on the previous Sunday around 5:30pm, was seated promptly which was great considering there wasn’t a rush of any kind. Decided on being seated on their patio. It then took 1.5 hours for someone to come and take our order, and not because the staff remembered we were there, but because we had to go in and let someone know. Something like this is okay when you are understaffed and extremely busy that keeping up with tables is an issue. Unfortunately there were only a handful of different tables with staff buzzing around them all but not one person approached our table. When the staff was asked about the situation no one had any kind of answer. Ended up ordering just 2 drinks and bruschetta flat bread. The drinks were fine, but the flat bread was not at all worth the price. The flavour as well and the overcooked flat bread did not justify the price point. I have gone to many locations prior to this but never have I ever had this kind of experience with their food or waiting capabilities.

Honestly, it’s just an indoor kind of plaza. Doesn’t give a feel like a Mall. Absolutely no variety of stores, only few. I don’t know how the businesses in this plaza (mall) are surviving.
I wish them the best.
As per the high property prices in this town, there should’ve been a Royal kind of mall. 🤭

Would be nice if the had a few more people around to assist.

Had an appointment a couple months ago to get new kitchen countertops. The employee was on break when I arrived (on time) and after 30 min of waiting I left. The place gets the job done but when I need advice or help I go to Home Hardware or Home Depot.

Firepower graciously opened their facility to another affiliate in order to have their athletes complete the 2021 Open workouts! This offered us the competitive environment we’ve all been missing over the past year! We got to work out with our friends and coaches, and we were able to cheer each other on (in masks) as they pushed themselves to finish!

During the 2021 CrossFit OPEN in March 2021 my regular box was unable to accommodate all of us at their facility. Rebook CrossFit FirePower stepped up and open their arms and doors to us, allowing members to compete in an environment giving me (and others) the opportunity to turn in our best results.
